Roadside Assistance

Roadside assistance is part of Opteven’s heritage, going back to our days as part of RAC France. When you buy a warranty, you can add three or six months’ cover. You can also buy a separate policy lasting from 3-36 months to give you cover throughout your warranty period.

We support our UK customers when they are travelling within Europe, where we work with most major roadside assistance providers in every country.

Our global headquarters in Lyon houses one of the largest and most advanced logistical centres for administering roadside assistance throughout Europe. If you already have a roadside assistance scheme membership and are travelling abroad, it’s likely that it’s our team in Lyon arranging for local mechanics to go to you if you make a callout.
