We pride ourselves on the strong relationships we have established with our retail customers and the development of our joint strategic ambitions. We represent and provide products and services on behalf of a number of prestigious brands.

Corporate team

Human Resources

The HR team defines and implements our recruitment policy, promotes career management (training, mobility, evaluation) and proposes a remuneration policy. We also take care of personnel administration (employment contract, payroll, absences and leave) and play an active role in ensuring that we identify and secure talent for the business.

Product team

We work closely with Sales and use insight to drive product strategy and development, creating new products which meet our customers’ evolving needs. We refresh existing products and support Opteven’s response to tenders, enabling us to enter new markets and cultivate form relationships.

Sales Administration

The sales administration team will support you on any questions relating to your contracts.

Finance

We manage all aspects of Opteven’s finance and accounts, striving to solve all payment queries. The Finance team also supports the claims payments process, ensuring that all claims are paid quickly and accurately to dealers, repairers, and customers.

Compliance and Legal

We identify risks and advise the company on how to avoid or address them. We ensure compliance with legal statutes, FCA, PRA and ICO rules and regulations, and monitor and resolve complaints with FOS and TMO.

Risk Management and Pricing

We monitor and analyse underwritten risk, sharing findings with our colleagues and clients to help control loss exposure, and inform product improvements. We are responsible for pricing of new products, restructuring current products, and support the negotiation of new and existing contracts.

Marketing

Marketing is the guardian of the Opteven brand and is responsible for communication strategy, both internally and externally. Marketing supports most departments in the business, including the sales team with POS, response to tenders, and both online and offline marketing campaigns.

Business Solutions

Delivering local and global IT projects whiles supporting local users with day-to-day IT incidents. We provide support and guidance to the business on process and system improvements, and on data and security, ensuring alignment across the Opteven group.
