Customer & Dealer Support Executive
Overview
The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality administrative and sales support across our retail business. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our Dealer Network, Retail Customers, and Account Managers, ensuring a seamless customer experience and efficient processing of business activities.
This role is ideally suited to an organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys delivering excellent service through telephone, email, and digital communication channels.
Main Job Missions
- Accurately process sales contracts and respond to requests within agreed service levels
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders via telephone, email, and messaging platforms
- Maintain and enhance the quality of data held within our CRM system, identifying inaccuracies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate effectively across the business to ensure our dealer partners and customers receive an outstanding support experience
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and operational efficiency
Activities
- Deal with document requests from Account Managers, dealers and customers
- Ensure all details held are correct and change as applicable
- Provide administrative support with regards to prospects/ new business
- Manage and be gatekeeper of several administrative systems whilst following the terms and conditions of our warranty policy booklets
- Assist Account Managers with any administrative and system issues
- Support the line manager with projects and business operations
- Any other ad hoc tasks to support the team
- Maintain good relations with our dealer partners and those who are looking to partner with us
- Be an expert user of our CRM, to help resolve issues and provide guidance
- Be a subject matter expert of our full suite of products
- Any other ad hoc tasks to support the team
Qualifications required for this job
Hard skills
- Proven customer service experience, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Soft skills
- A collaborative team player who builds positive relationships across the business
- Confident speaking to customers over the telephone
- Promote and support the company values
- Quick with learning and confident with new I.T systems
- Ability to work under pressure
