What does Tyre & Alloy insurance cover?
  • 12, 24 or 36 months cover options available.
  • Accidental and malicious damage covered.
  • A maximum of five replacements, up to £250 per tyre and a total cost of £1,250.
  • A maximum of ten alloy wheel repairs, up to £150 per alloy and a total cost of £1,500
  • Unlimited puncture repairs at a maximum cost of £50.
  • £150 per wheel contribution if damaged beyond repair.
  • The car must be less than ten years old, principally driven within the UK and not be used for any commercial or emergency use. The policy holder must be the registered keeper, owner or hirer of the car.
How long does it take to be reimbursed?

Reimbursement is made once the repair is complete, the final invoice and relevant bank details should be sent to UKClaimsinvoices@opteven.com (or submitted by the repairing garage via the online portal) This will be processed and sent to our Accounts team, funds should reach the account within 7-10 working days.   

How do I report a breakdown on my customer’s vehicle?

After examining the vehicle and diagnosing the fault, please contact our claims team:

How do I cancel a warranty ?

For all enquiries regarding warranty cancellation, please email ukenquiries@opteven.com and include the warranty number.
